Riser Installation and Small Repairs

Why pay to have your tank located and dug up every time it needs to be pumped? Having a riser installed allows for quick access to see what's going on with your tank or to snake it if there is a blockage. Risers vary in price based on the depth of your tank. Generally the cost of JUST THE MATERIALS on an average riser is around $300. Then add onto that the cost of labor if it needs to be dug up and the labor of installation. The going rate locally to dig up the tank is $250 per hour. So if your tank only has one lid and you already paid to have your lid uncovered or did it yourself...THAT IS THE PERFECT TIME to have a riser installed. For the cost of around 2 times having your tank dug up...you can have a riser installed and never have to pay for the fig fee again!
