But how much does emergency service cost?

A poll of some 19k septic pumpers was done where they were asked what they charge for emergency services. The most common response was "DOUBLE." Whatever the cost of the trip was going to be...their rate is double that. This means that most are charging an average of an ADDITIONAL $400 for an an emergency! They said things like "If I'm going to miss my kids basketball game or Thanksgiving dinner because someone failed to maintain their septic system until they're in crisis...it's going to cost a LOT." The consensus was that this was not a way to stick it to the customer...but to preserve our family lives and be compensated in a way that makes offering emergency services worth it.

Instead of charging double...to be kind to our communities pocketbooks we have employed a 3 tiered system based on the emergency.

If we are in your area and have a gap in time it's zero extra. If you are out of the way of our daily route it's a $100 emergency charge.

SAME-DAY MON-FRI 5-9PM
